1.    The homes will be designed and manufactured as per Bulgarian Standard
2.    The homes will be manufactured as per individual project for each customer, as well as the company can offer also their typical projects – see offers
3.     Price – 290 Euro per square meter “up to key” as per Bulgarian Standard. The price can vary depend of the prices of the raw log material
4.     The price include:
-    Architectural and construction plans
-    Exterior log walls
-    Wool insulation everywhere except floor
-    Plasterboard inside walls and roof
-    Pine-tree doors and windows
-    Ground coated “YTONG” interior walls
-    Interior electricity and plumbing
-    Interior painting and floor putty
-    Cable roof up to 30% inclination
-    Fire-place camera up to 250 Euro without accessory
-    Spout roof end up to 1 meter bidding
5.    The price exclude:
-    Concrete foundation as per construction plan and outward plumbing
-    Electricity and plumbing to the foundation border
-    Approach road to foundation
-    V.A.T.
6.    All modifications, alterations, supplements and additional details as per customer requirements out of common frame of this rules is subject to individual agreement
